What is the return and refund policy at FirstCry?

You can return your product within 48 hours of delivery in case of any damage, defects or dissatisfaction. The refund of the product will be initiated as soon as the product has reached the facility. The amount will be refunded to the source of payment, or you can also opt for the FirstCry cash refund to your FirstCry account. 

What is the shipping policy at FirstCry?

• Once the order is placed, it is shipped within 24 hours and usually reaches the customers within 7 business days. 

• A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 is levied on orders below Rs. 699.

Can I select the same day and next day delivery?

• The same-day and next-day delivery options are only available on selected items and selected locations.

• There will be additional charges of Rs. 99 for same day delivery and Rs. 49 on next day delivery option. 

Is there a minimum order value required to place an order?
